Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
Be the first and last impression: greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
Create a polished, high-end experience during check in and out of clients
Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the guest’s results
Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
Follow up via calls, texts & emails: build lasting client relationships
Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver!
Lead salon tours to introduce guests to our full range of services & products
Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & retail space
Foster a motivating, high-energy environment—be the team’s biggest cheerleader!
