GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for all functions of the clinic Front Office Staff. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all charges and payments made to patient accounts processed through the electronic billing system (EPM). This position will work as the liaison with the Billing Supervisor and Billing Coordinators in the coordination of successful completion of the billing cycle for all patient medical visits. In addition; this position serves as a resource to other clinical staff regarding billing and collection methods and will do so in compliance with all Fiscal/Accounting policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
a. Associates Degree or two – four years related experience.
b. Working knowledge of Medical coding for a primary care family practice.
c. Strong customer service background/training.
d. Bilingual English & Spanish Required.
Salary: $58,500 to $65,000 annually; DOQ
