Position Summary
Gonzalez Food Products (dba Mexsnax) a growing national snacks manufacturing company located in Dallas; Texas is searching for an Front End / Office Clerk
The position involves direct interaction with customers , customer calls , handling transactions, providing customer service and supporting various minor accounting operations within QuickBooks.
Minimum Qualifications:
QuickBooks experience
Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
Avaliable to start asap
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Answering questions: Providing information about products, services, and policies.
Assisting with purchases: processing payments
Handling complaints and returns: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Provide friendly and helpful service to customers and visitors.
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and keep the office organized.
Proficiency in using office software, such as spreadsheets and email.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting required .
The ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
The ability to collaborate with other staff members and work as part of a team.
