As a new team member in the Front Office position at Rock Valley Physical Therapy in Cedar Rapids, you can expect to have a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, answering phone calls and more. In this role, you will work daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
