Responsibilities :
1. Welcome all visitors to the office and provide courteous assistance as needed.
2. Monitor student attendance on a daily basis, communicating with the parents and maintaining the records.
3. Oversee the library, maintenance of the books, ensuring proper organization.
4. Help in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
5. Perform traditional clerical duties such as typing, filling, photocopying and scanning documents.
6. Creating spreadsheets, managing databases and preparing presentations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the centre head.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, pivot, V lookup) and familiarity with electronic filing systems.
4. Languages known as English, Hindi & Telugu.
5. 2 years experience (Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred).
