Savills Portugal is experiencing strong growth and is looking to strengthen its team with the integration of a Receptionist/Assistant for its Lisbon office.

Main tasks/activities:

Front office duties (reception);

Telephone and face-to-face reception;

Preparing and supporting meeting rooms;

Ensuring compliance with internal rules;

Providing support to the various departments;

Other tasks inherent to this role (managing correspondence, assisting at events, among others).

Desirable Requirements, Skills and Experience:

Fluency in English;

Strong interpersonal communication skills (telephone and face-to-face);

Organization and time management;

Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills;

Attention to detail;

Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.);

Ability to work under pressure and multitask;

Confidentiality and discretion;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Teamwork and ability to work independently;

Basic knowledge of meeting room management.
