Front Office Coordinator – Be the Heart of Our Team!
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation:Competitive salary with weekly pay and same-day pay options

At Caring Hands Home Health, we’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator who can take charge of the front desk, provide outstanding customer service, and bring a positive, professional energy to our workplace every day. Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations – Greet visitors, caregivers, and clients with professionalism and warmth while maintaining an organized and efficient front office.
Phone and Email Management – Answer calls, take messages, direct inquiries, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Customer Support – Handle inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
Administrative Assistance – Manage schedules, data entry, office supplies, and general clerical tasks to support the team.
Document Handling and Confidentiality – Scan, file, and securely manage sensitive records with accuracy and discretion.
Payroll Support – Assist caregivers with Paylocity access, password resets, and pay stub inquiries.
Communication and Outreach – Maintain accurate caregiver and applicant contact lists and manage internal communications effectively.
Event and Office Management – Help coordinate employee engagement events and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Other Duties as Needed – Provide support wherever necessary to keep daily operations efficient.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: At least three years of administrative, receptionist, or front office coordination experience.
Customer Service: A minimum of three years in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with multiline phone systems.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CNA/PCA Certification: Preferred but not required.
