Join us for an incredible opportunity to join our Front Office team as our Customer Care Specialist for the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Grand Hyatt Seattle! This unique position supports three distinct Hyatt hotels in downtown Seattle. Candidates must be excited to immerse themselves in three different brand experiences, while supporting our guests as a Customer Care Specialist.

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls to the property and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Customer Care Specialist must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

The hourly rate range for the Customer Care Specialist is $25.20/hour to $26.72/hour. The starting rate for this position is $25.20/hour. For colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, the hourly rate is currently increased to $25.70/hour. If promoted to a lead role, this position offers $26.20/hour, and colleagues are eligible for $26.72/hour if currently working in a lead capacity with four years or more of Lead Customer Care Specialist experience with Hyatt.

Qualifications
