Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong background in hospitality management. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing front desk operations, and leading the team to uphold our standards of excellence.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to promote a positive work environment and high performance.
Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest relations.
Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and maintain proper phone etiquette at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in a front office management role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk operations is essential.
Knowledge of night audit processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for hospitality and guest relations is essential for success in this role.
