What You'll Do
✨ Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an outstanding first impression.
✨ Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and membership administration accurately and efficiently.
✨ Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and online regarding memberships, facilities, classes, and services.
✨ Support membership sales, renewals, and retention by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
✨ Process transactions using POS and internal systems while maintaining accurate daily records.
✨ Coordinate closely with different departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
✨ Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
✨ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
✨ Support community events and member activities that bring people together.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has at least 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Services, or Customer Service (hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service environments are a plus).
✔ Communicates confidently with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
✔ Is fluent in English (spoken and written).
✔ Presents themselves professionally and enjoys creating positive guest experiences.
✔ Has strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Is comfortable using POS systems, membership software, and basic computer applications.
✔ Can multitask efficiently while staying calm under pressure.
✔ Is a proactive problem solver who handles guest feedback with empathy and professionalism.
✔ Is flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
