Job Description

Lifestyle Hearing of Utah is a premiere audiology clinic looking for a part-time front office person to be the first point of contact for patients and assist with daily operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, a day in the life will include:

Greeting patients, (in-person and on the phone), ensuring they have an excellent experience that outshines our competition.

Generating business by turning phone inquiries into appointments.

Maximizing provider efficiency by appropriately scheduling patients.

Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information.

Preparing insurance claim information to send to the billing person each day.

Performing other administrative duties for the office.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

Excellent customer service skills.

Interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patients, colleagues, and vendors.

The ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, and walk-ins. Must have the ability to direct the flow of the office with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.

A strong work ethic.

Strong computer skills – especially in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Being able to speak Spanish is highly desired.

Hearing aid experience is a plus.
