We are hiring a Fulfilment / Procurement Administrator for a UK Product Branding Business. This role is 100% remote in SA paying R30k – R43.5k (depending on experience). You must have worked for “stock holding” businesses – e.g. companies that deal in physical goods in some form, store them, manage suppliers/factories, people who have worked in supplier management type roles generally would also fit.
Our client is a UK company that provides high quality, eco-friendly, and gorgeously designed products to UK businesses. They are recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator to join their growing team in a hands-on role at the heart of operations.
You’ll get:
⭐ 100% remote
⭐ R30k – R43.5k as full-time ongoing contractor
⭐ To work with a challenger brand
You’ll be:
⭐ Uploading + managing sales orders, purchase orders + invoices into their management system
Sending orders to the production teams + tracking everything
⭐ Monitoring UK + international couriers
⭐ Coordinating stock transfers between our warehouse + production teams
⭐ Reviewing supplier invoices against purchase orders ahead of payment approval
⭐ Investigating + resolving customer service issues, delivery problems, + supplier discrepancies
You’ll need:
⭐ Solid experience in a fulfilment, order processing or operations administration
⭐ Confident with order management systems, CRMs + inventory management systems
⭐ Experience with invoices + purchase orders
⭐ High attention to detail
⭐ Well-organised + self-managing
