We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various tasks efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel

Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files

Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed

Help organize office events and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
