· Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external customers
· Answer calls and quickly determine the purpose of the call to route
· Complete various clerical projects for supervisors
· Processes incoming and outgoing mail
· Follow requirements by protecting information for privacy and confidentiality
· Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills
· General computer knowledge
– One year customer service experience preferred
