What You’ll Do:
• Answer messages and questions quickly and nicely.
• Talk to people online and keep them happy.
• Stay organized so you can answer everyone on time.
• Keep notes about what people say to help the team improve.
• Work with the team to make sure messages sound the same.
What You Need:
• A good computer that works well.
• Fast internet so you can reply quickly.
• Fast typing (at least 50 words per minute).
• Good writing skills with no spelling mistakes.
• Be able to handle lots of chats at the same time.
•No experience needed– we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
