Role Description This full-time GRO (Guest Relations Officer) Staff role is an on-site position based in Bogor. The GRO Staff supports daily guest-facing operations, including greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing clear information about services, schedules, and policies. The role involves handling customer requests and complaints in a professional manner, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all guests. The GRO Staff also maintains accurate records, prepares simple reports, and follows company procedures for documentation, ticketing, and payment processes. In addition, this role contributes to a clean, safe, and orderly work environment and supports team efforts during peak operational hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations abilities, including active listening, empathy, and a professional, courteous manner in all interactions.
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written form, with the ability to provide clear information and respond to questions in a structured, friendly way.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, manage queues, and maintain accurate records without compromising service quality.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle complaints, unexpected situations, and operational challenges calmly and constructively.
- Comfort working in an on-site, front-line operational environment, including shifts, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
- Basic computer literacy, including the use of email, office applications, and internal systems or ticketing tools.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments, support team goals, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail when handling customer data, payments, and confidential information.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
