Group L&H Insurance Offer Administrator
Your day-to-day:
- Offer Management: Preparing and submitting offers to clients and partners, and monitoring their results and performance.
- Group Risk Assessment, Pricing & Underwriting: Reviewing, assessing and pricing Group Insurance risks, negotiating terms, and accepting or declining risks within company policies and underwriting guidelines.
- Customer & Partner Communication: Communicating with partners and customers and handling their requests and inquiries.
What we are looking for:
- Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Insurance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Digital & MS Office Skills: Strong digital skills and very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data and information and provide practical solutions.
- Relationship Management & Customer Orientation: Ability to build positive professional relationships with a customer-centric approach, along with negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.
- Group Insurance Experience & Knowledge: Relevant experience in underwriting and pricing Group Life & Health Insurance risks, as well as knowledge of coverages and processes of Group L&H insurance programs, will be considered an asset.
