About the Role
We’re looking for a Guest Relations Officer (Host) who is passionate about people, thrives in a luxury environment, and understands that every guest interaction matters.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations and table allocations efficiently.
- Coordinate guest arrivals with the Maître d’ and service team.
- Personalise the dining experience by recognising guest preferences and special occasions.
- Handle enquiries, reservations, and guest feedback professionally.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain exceptional presentation of the reception area and uphold restaurant service standards.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
- Communicates confidently in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience in restaurants, hotels, or luxury hospitality (preferred but not essential).
