Role Description The Guest Service Agent in Kuta is a full-time, on-site role responsible for delivering welcoming, professional front-line service to guests throughout their stay. This role includes greeting and checking in guests, managing reservations, handling check-outs, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. The Guest Service Agent will coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure rooms and services meet guest expectations. Daily tasks also involve handling payments, resolving guest issues in a courteous and efficient manner, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions. The role requires maintaining accurate records, adhering to brand standards, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and hotel reservation or property management software, with attention to detail in data entry and billing.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a courteous and respectful approach to diverse guests and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to international guests are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required by hotel operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism-related education or training is a plus.
