Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check guests in and out of the hotel using the phone system
– Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
– Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
