- Handling Pet Records: Collecting and organizing health records, vaccination histories, and any necessary documentation from clients.
- Assisting Veterinary Staff: Collaborating with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth operations in the clinic, including preparing for appointments and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels for supplies and products and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Providing Customer Service: Offering support to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience at the clinic.
- Keeping the Reception Area Organized: Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring that all materials and information for clients are well-organized.
