Head of Finance – Private Credit Responsibilities:
- Lead the fund finance function for a growing private credit platform.
- Oversee fund operations, financial reporting, treasury, and administrator relationships.
- Provide oversight of accounting, audits, valuations, and investor reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, new products, and platform growth.
- Drive process improvements, controls, and operating efficiencies.
- Support liquidity management, fund structuring, and key business decisions.
Head of Finance – Private Credit Qualifications:
- CPA required.
- 15+ years of fund finance, fund accounting, or fund operations experience.
- Strong private credit or alternative asset management background.
- Deep understanding of fund accounting, investor reporting, valuations, and audits.
- Experience overseeing third-party administrators and external service providers.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Exposure to credit facilities, CLOs, or distressed credit strategies is a plus.
