About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in manufacturing to lead and manage all HR functions at our facility. This is a permanent, onsite role responsible for overseeing employee relations, workers’ compensation, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employees and management
Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations
Administer workers’ compensation claims and related safety documentation
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation
Manage benefits enrollment, questions, and open enrollment periods
Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
Provide guidance on HR best practices, company policies, and training initiatives
Qualifications:
15+ years of HR experience, with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and workers’ comp
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
