We are seeking a Head of IT to Plans, directs, and manages the activities of one or a combination of the major functions of the Department: Technical Services, Systems Development, Database Management or other major functional areas. In this capacity the Head of IT is responsible for the supervision and performance evaluation of staff; and the coordination of subordinate activities in the department and to ensure the consistency of goals, policies, technical and administrative procedures and management direction; and perform other related work as required.
Scope of Work:
- Making sure that IT Technician and IT Operation Teams staff will meet the standard in accordance.
- Raise idea to develop IT Department policies with regard to better judgement and knowledge, also have the access to monitor the whole infrastructure bandwidth and capabilities, have the ability to suggest any upgrades necessary.
- Ensure the operationality of all of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, any office related peripherals that is connected to the infrastructure are all in accordance with requirements
- Coordinating to supervisor for any equipment, software licenses, or any appliances that needs repairing or any replacement.
- Coordinating with vendors directly for any costs, troubleshoot and raise any concerns and issue with 3rd party, suggesting any upgrades.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification :
- Minimum education Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum has 10+ years experiences
- Have strong leadership skills
- Good english communication skills both Oral and Written
- Willing to work on-site in Central Jakarta.
