The Company
The company is a Bali-based women's fashion brand, elevated swimwear, resort wear, and activewear, designed and produced in Bali, sold globally. We crossed seven figures in our first four months. We move fast, we build real things, and we're assembling the team that will take this from a hot brand to an enduring one. This is one of the most consequential hires we'll make.
The Role
Not a task manager. Not a coordinator. An operator.
You'll be the connective tissue between the CEO, the production floor, the suppliers, and the team. You'll build the systems that prevent fires, and put out the ones that happen anyway. You'll own the operational heartbeat of the company end to end, with full visibility into how the business works.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day operations across production, logistics, staffing, and vendor relationships
- Building and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems that hold
- Supplier communication and negotiation with Bali and Java-based manufacturers
- Staff management across store, production, and admin teams
- Payment approvals, vendor invoicing, and non-accounting financial oversight
- Acting as the CEO's filter, prioritising what gets attention, routing what doesn't
- Solving problems as they surface, and building systems so they don't surface twice
Who You Are
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You can negotiate with a local supplier in the morning and align with international partners in the afternoon.
- Bali-based, or genuinely ready to commit to Bali full-time. This is non-negotiable.
- Operationally proven: you've managed teams, vendors, or multi-stream operations in a real business context.
- Low ego, high ownership: you don't need credit. You need things done right.
- Trustworthy: you'll have visibility into financials, supplier relationships, and company strategy. Discretion is table stakes.
- Culturally fluent: you understand Indonesian business culture and know how to operate inside an internationally-minded brand.
Nice to Have
- Background in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods
- Existing relationships in Bali's supplier or vendor network
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Shopify, or similar tools
