Primary Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy from zero-to-one, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision and company strategy, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders and users.
- Lead experimentation-driven product development, including rapid prototyping, MVP launches, A/B testing, and iterative validation.
- Define, maintain, and execute product roadmaps, ensuring milestones are delivered on time with measurable impact.
- Discover user pain points through qualitative research and deep data analysis; collaborate closely with analytics teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Prototype product functionality and collaborate with design/UX teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and partner with growth teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Apply growth-hacking principles to product development, focusing on scalable acquisition, activation, and monetization levers.
- Be highly analytical and data-driven; define success metrics and continuously measure product performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop product managers, designers, and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with structured and strategic thinking.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or other related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of products from zero-to-one and scaling stages.
- Strong track record in experimentation, growth initiatives, and data-led decision making.
- Experience using Product Management tools (e.g. Trello, GitHub Issues, Google Drive).
- Experience using Prototyping tools (e.g. Figma).
- Familiarity with Data Analytics tools (e.g. Metabase, Google Analytics).
- Experience in palm oil or agribusiness-related companies is preferred.
- Nice to have: Background in top-tier management consulting and/or investment banking, with exposure to strategy, growth, due diligence, or complex business problem-solving.
- Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru or Medan.
