Position: Health Administrator / Sales
Requirements :
RE exam or industry related qualification
2 years industry related experience (health)
Knowledge of Insurance (experience on the X Plan insurance package would be highly beneficial)
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Key Performances :
Phone prospects and quote on various medical aid options
Submitting application
Ensuring all underwriting requirements are received from client and submitted to Discovery
Ensuring membership is activated according to SLA
Ensuring client receives confirmation of acceptance
Processing all addition of dependent and registration of new baby requests
Completing Health FNAs
Processing change of broker requests
Servicing for all medical aid clients on our book
Assisting with claims queries
Processing changes (i.e. banking details, contact details, etc.)
Request of duplicate membership cards
Tax certificate requests
Authorization queries
Removing staff from company billing
Employer billing assistance
Resolving debit order queries
Request of international travel letters
