Full Job Description
Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Manage gate access for all associations.
Process applications for property sales and leases.
Schedule conference room usage for CAMs and ensure the calendar is up-to-date.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Provide assistance to homeowners with basic information inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized files for easy reference.
Manage and update spreadsheets for property applications.
Ensure parking records are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide miscellaneous administrative support to CAMs and Admins as needed.
Perform any additional duties within the scope of HOA Receptionist and as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with homeowners and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
