Job Description

Ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and handling prospective new hires daily. As well as the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Candidate should be able to handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones, etc.

Responsibilities

Call prospective new nurse hires daily

New Hire Paperwork/ Process

Schedule New Hire Orientations

Set up computers/electronic devices for new nurses

Create New Hire Folders For Nurses

Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personal

Maintain communication with patients, pharmacies, and nurses

Requirements

Must have a high degree of proficiency with computers and applications

Strong customer service background necessary

Exceptional communication skills

Great attitude, attention to detail, problem solver

Highly motivated & organized individual

Availability

Monday through Friday

8hr Day Time Shift

9AM-5PM

Rates

Job Type: Full Time

Starting Rate $20 per hour

NO Health Insurance Benefits
