We are looking for a proactive Regional Operations & HR Coordinator to join our founding team in Thao Dien, HCMC!
At RacketPro (RPO) APAC, we are building the strongest sports network in Asia. We need a team member who is resourceful, loves solving problems, and is ready to be the backbone of our regional tours.
THE 80/20 ROLE:
80% Administrative & Workshop Logistics:
- Travel Orchestration: You will be the mastermind behind our regional trips—booking flights, hotels, and managing visas for international Master Coaches and our team across Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.).
- Workshop Fulfillment: Manage our inventory and prepare the “Welcome Kits” that make our students feel like pros from day one.
- HQ Operations: Keep our Thao Dien headquarters running smoothly and manage local service providers.
20% HR & Culture Support:
- Onboarding: Welcome new team members and set up their workstations.
- Team Energy: Organize fun team-bonding activities and sports gatherings to keep our startup culture vibrant.
- Basic HR Admin: Manage attendance and maintain organized employee records.
WHO FITS BEST?
- Experience: 1–3 years in Admin, Operations, or Travel coordination.
- Specific Skill: Proven experience in booking international flights and hotels (experience in APAC markets is a major plus).
- English: Communicative English.
- Mindset: “Hands-on” and detail-oriented.
- Passion: You live an active lifestyle and love the sports industry.
