KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial and coordination support, including arranging the working schedule, meeting schedule, and business travel schedule of the Board Member.
- Prepare meeting materials, organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on the implementation of resolutions and directives issued by the Board of Directors (BOD).
- Prepare reports and consolidate information to support the BOD and Executive Management.
- Participate in projects as assigned by Management and provide support for Project Development activities across various sectors, including Tourism, Entertainment, Hospitality/Resorts, Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, Aviation, etc.
- Manage and archive BOD records and documents while ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Construction, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience are welcome. Candidates should be agile, proactive, flexible, and willing to travel or relocate for business trips when required.
- Fluent in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing; or IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
- Strong skills in work organization, coordination, schedule management, communication, report preparation/consolidation, and information confidentiality.
