Job Title: Home Care Administrator (Startup / Build-Out)
Location: Macon, GA
Compensation: $120,000/year
About the Role:
We are launching a new home care agency in Georgia and are seeking an experienced Home Care Administrator to lead the setup and day-to-day operations.
This role is for someone who has taken a home care agency off the ground—not just managed an existing one. You will be responsible for building the operational foundation, including caregiver staffing, scheduling systems, and initial case flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and launch of a home care agency from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and place caregivers (HHA/PCA)
- Build and manage scheduling to ensure full case coverage
- Establish processes for intake, staffing, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations
- Develop relationships with referral sources to drive initial growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations once cases begin
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in home care operations
- Direct experience launching or building a home care agency
- Strong background in caregiver placement and scheduling
- Understanding of Georgia home care compliance requirements
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
Preferred:
- Existing referral relationships in the Atlanta market
- Experience setting up operational systems from scratch
