Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the home health care agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote client rights and enhance the quality of care.
Manage budgeting and financial planning to ensure the sustainability of services provided.
Lead, mentor, and support staff in delivering compassionate care to clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and quality measures.
Conduct regular assessments of client needs and satisfaction to improve service offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in senior care and home health.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
Proven experience in operations management within the home care or long-term care industry.
Strong understanding of senior care principles, resident rights, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare setting.
Background in social work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
