Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist in processing and tracking physician orders to meet regulatory deadlines.

Collaborate effectively with office and clinical staff to maintain seamless communication and workflow.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service

Support clinical staff with administrative tasks

Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal documentation requirements

Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry

Qualifications

Required: Previous experience in a medical office or home health setting

MA Preferred

Preferred: 1-2 years of medical office experience is a must!

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in computer systems and medical record software, Kinnser/ Well Sky EMR a plus!
