As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to be a hands-on leader for all aspects of HR activities including but not limited to: day to day administration, compensation and benefits, talent management, strategic training & development, compliance, and more.

Job Description:

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all caregiver HR functions within the agency, including staffing recruitment, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and ongoing workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR operations in a home care setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and actively participate in the day to day HR activities across the organization in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Oversee and administer all HR programs included but not limited to: compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, safety, workers compensation, employee recruitment, and training.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion for all matters.
Build, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Supports management by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions’ analyzing information and applications.
Identify ways and continually work on increasing caregiver retention.
Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policy and practices to maintain compliance.
Works with HR and company leaders to establish the long-term and short-term strategies of the department
Support and drive processes for annual review, preparation, and administration of the company’s wage and salary program.
Develop processes and tools to measure impact and value of HR initiatives to the organization.
Support recruitment efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Human Resources management experience preferably in a home care or multi-concept hospitality organization or related experience.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing and developing a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Adaptability to work well under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for helping others and contributing to a positive work environment.

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
