Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join a highly regarded private medical practice. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing role and collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to maintain operational excellence. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth to create a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and promptly
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy standards
- Coordinate with medical staff to support smooth daily operations and address patient needs
Required Experience/Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interaction
- Customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems

Preferred Experience/Skills

Education Requirements
- BA a plus
