Saad Hospice is seeking a Medical Assistant with a deep understanding of Hospice care to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all patients and visitors. Your role will be vital in ensuring that everyone is greeted with professionalism and that their needs are addressed promptly and appropriately. We value independence and expect sound decision-making in a timely manner.
As you answer the telephone, your promptness and attention to detail will shine through as you screen calls and direct them to the right channels. Adhering to Saad Hospice Phone Standards, you will handle each call with care, ensuring that hold times are minimized and connections are swift.
Welcoming all customers and visitors, you will guide them to the right person, providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to compassion. Your cordial and polite demeanor will leave a lasting impression, fostering a nurturing environment for everyone we serve.
This is a full-time position, every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
