Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage daily live streaming activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate Live Hosts to ensure performance and consistency.
- Set and monitor live streaming targets and KPIs such as GMV, revenue, viewers, and conversion.
- Prepare and coordinate live schedules, rundown, product focus, promotions, and briefing for Live Hosts.
- Monitor live performance and provide real-time direction to improve engagement and sales.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching to Live Hosts.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to maximize live streaming performance.
- Analyze live streaming performance data and develop improvement strategies.
- Handle operational issues during live sessions and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Streaming, preferably as Live Host Coordinator/Supervisor or similar role.
- Experience managing and developing multiple Live Hosts.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce live streaming platforms.
- Strong understanding of live commerce metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, viewers, engagement, and CTR.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work flexible hours according to the live streaming schedule.
- Beauty/FMCG experience is a plus.
