Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at a prestigious Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities

– Manage and supervise the front desk team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests.
– Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest services, and night audit processes.
– Coordinate and participate in hotel events, functions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
– Utilize hotel phone systems to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest relations.
– Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
– Demonstrate a strong commitment to guest services and provide personalized attention to each guest.
– Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
– Perform night audits to ensure the hotel is secure and all records are accurate.
– Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel’s policies and procedures.
– Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
– Manage and maintain the hotel’s front desk software and systems.
– Provide bilingual or multilingual support to guests and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.
– Perform other related duties as required.

Experience

– Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
– Strong background in customer service and hospitality.
– Experience with front desk operations and night audit processes.
– Familiarity with hotel phone systems and software.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Experience working with a diverse range of guests and employees.
– Knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

– Bilingual or multilingual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
