Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including managing payments and issuing room keys.

Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and with empathy.

Coordinate guest requests with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, room service).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the hotel reservation system.

Promote hotel services and amenities, including upselling where appropriate.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software (training provided if necessary).

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
