Our mission
Every guest leaves feeling like they were someone’s priority — not just another reservation. Your 90-second check-in is often the moment that sets the tone for their whole trip. Say their name. Mean it when you say "welcome."
What you’ll do
- Check guests in and out, take reservations, answer the phone
- Recommend restaurants you’ve actually eaten at and trails you’ve actually hiked
- Solve problems on the spot — noisy room, late arrival, room change — without waiting for a manager
- Keep the front desk and lobby spotless
- Jump in with housekeeping or maintenance when we’re slammed (small team, no "not my job")
What you need
- Strong phone etiquette and calm under pressure
- Comfortable on a computer — we’ll train you on our systems
- Flexible schedule — weekends and holidays come with the territory
Who we hire for — skills we can teach. These we can’t:
- Give a Damn — you notice the wrapper in the parking lot and pick it up
- Own It — see it, it’s yours; break it, fix it
- Leave It Better — every shift, cleaner and sharper than you found it
- Read the Room — a family after an 8-hour drive doesn’t need the orientation speech; hand them the key, get them something to drink and snack on
- Bring the Energy — real, steady, present; no cliques, no drama
