Hotel Operations Coordinator
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Operations Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting hotel ownership by managing daily operations and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Audit Reviews: Ensure daily audit reports are accurate and error-free.
✅ Financial Reconciliation: Review and reconcile daily bank deposits.
✅ Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest reviews and collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to maintain top-notch guest experiences.
✅ Labor Monitoring: Oversee labor hours for operational efficiency.
✅ Backoffice Operations: Manage ordering, procurement, and other administrative tasks.
✅ Task Management: Assign tasks to GMs and conduct follow-ups to ensure accountability.
✅ HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks to maintain smooth team operations.
✨ Important Requirements:
Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Total weekly hours: 48 hours (Full-time position).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Proficient in back-office processes and hotel management systems.
A proactive individual who can act as a strategic partner to ownership.
