The Ayres Hotels provide exceptional guest service at 24 locations in California. The primary duties of the Task Force Guest Service Representative are to be reliable and provide guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations at multiple locations. Shifts can range from AM, PM and night audit.
The Task Force Guest Service Representative will assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
The Task Force Night Auditor will check front office accounting records for accuracy, compile information for the financial records, assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
