Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Coordinator for our Ha Long location. In this on-site role, the Housekeeping Coordinator will oversee daily housekeeping operations, uodate guestroom status, ensure guest satisfaction through timely service, and address any customer queries efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting in scheduling, maintaining departmental communication, and ensuring adherence to cleanliness and safety standards set by the resort.
Qualifications
- Proven adminstration Skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and ensure compliance with procedures
- Knowledge and experience in Housekeeping operations is a plus.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address guest needs and provide exceptional hospitality
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with various departments and updating records
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of a 24/7 luxury hotel environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles is highly preferred
