Position: Â Housekeeping Secretary (Bilingual)
Description
Now seeking Part Time Secretary for very busy hotel Housekeeping Office! Hours will typically be 8:30AM-5:00PM. There will generally be two shifts per week. Days will vary.
Duties
will include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting with daily operation of housekeeping office
Performing various administrative duties
Assisting with staff scheduling
Assisting the housekeeping management team with operational issues regarding room cleanliness and and room assignments
Providing a point of contact for other departments in the hotel
Managing lost and found items
Assisting with record tracking and filing
Providing support andcommunicationto Housekeeping team members
Requirements
Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
Should have good computer skills
Must be very detail oriented
Should be highly organized
Must thrive in a fast paced environment
Should be a team player
Experience in a housekeeping secretarial role is a big plus
