The Human Resources And Admin Support Department is responsible for recruiting, training, and

building bTaskee's employee system.

1) Human Resources

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire top talent for various positions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support.

2) Admin

  • Oversee office administration, including procurement of supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies regarding workplace safety and operations.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for HR and administrative activities.

3) Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and operational standards.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
