Wisemonk.io is a leading EOR (Employer of Record) India SaaS platform. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin to join our growing team and help drive our sales efforts.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our Human Resources department. The role involves managing key administrative tasks such as background verification (BGV), insurance coordination, and equipment allocation (e.g., laptops). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end background verification process for new hires
Manage employee insurance enrollments, renewals, and terminations.
Oversee the issuance, tracking, and return of company equipment such as laptops and other devices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
