HR & Admin Assistant Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at ALZAN BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING LLC
· Answering Phone calls and handling company’s emails.
· Preparing quotations and handling sales orders and LPO.
· Supporting Sales team with specification documentation.
· Handling Company’s professional certifications and renewal processes.
· In charge of office supplies purchase.
· Assist in some HR functions like: EID and labor cards issuing and renewals, EOSS calculation, cash
advancement
and payroll. Prepare HR letters. Requirements
· Available in Dubai, preference will be given for those available to join immediately.
· English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
· BA in Engineering, Business, Management, or similar field.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant professional skills, preference to candidate who have experience in the wood industry.
· Good
communication
and organization skills.
