About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support the Human Resources and Administration functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance management, and general administrative operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate employee insurance, residency, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Administration

  • Manage office administration activities and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and employee activities.
  • Maintain company records and administrative documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
