As the HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of employees data on SAP in timely and qualitative manner.

Your Responsibilities…..

You will

Will performs all tasks that relate to the administration and maintenance of employees’ record

responsible accuracy and timeliness of employees data maintenance on SAP in line with HR Admin processes.

Responsible for the maintenance of employees payroll records including variable and recurring payment

Responsible for the country reassignment on SAP from home to host countries activation Responsible for record keeping which includes filing, purging files and adherence to departmental retention schedules..

Responsible for preparing standard and Ad hoc reports

Responsible for performing employee Pre-employment Checks

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Good analytical and reporting skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel

Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage

Ability to lead and manage people

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to manage priorities

Ability to pay good attention to details

Ability to speak French is an added advantage
